Alexander — Partner & Director of Construction
A Clemson University graduate and seasoned builder with experience overseeing high-end residential projects on Johns Island, Daniel Island, Sullivans Island, and throughout the Charleston region. Alexander’s experience is exclusively in custom residential construction, where every project is unique and requires an artisan’s eye. He manages the entire on-site process, ensuring the project moves on schedule, the quality is consistent, and all trades work together seamlessly. He approaches each home as a piece of art, crafting it with precision, pride, and deep respect for the process. After welcoming his first son, Alexander is more motivated than ever to build a legacy — one defined by craftsmanship, integrity, and the kind of work he’ll one day be proud to show his child.
Jackson — Partner & Chief Financial Officer
A Wofford College graduate with a concentration in finance and accounting, and a construction-finance specialist with deep experience in operations, job cost control, and accounting systems. Jackson also advises other small to mid-size builders in Charleston, helping them establish financial structures that improve transparency and homeowner trust. Transparency is central to Jackson’s philosophy as a builder and CFO. He ensures clients understand their project’s financial picture — what they’re paying for, how costs develop, and how the contract governs the process. With many home owners facing unclear contracts and opaque job costing in the custom home market, Jackson’s role is to bring clarity, fairness, and confidence to every financial conversation. His oversight ensures that each Legacy project is managed with accuracy, integrity, and exceptional communication.
