Legacy Story
The true foundation of Legacy Built Homes comes from the values passed down. Early in Jackson and Alexander’s careers, they were shaped by a mentor whose expectations for craftsmanship, accountability, and uncompromising professionalism set a standard few are willing to uphold. His belief was simple: build with integrity, take responsibility for every decision, and never sacrifice quality for convenience. After his passing, Jackson and Alexander felt called to continue building in a way that reflects those principles. Not just in how they build homes, but in how they treat their clients, manage their investments, and stand behind their work. The name ‘Legacy’ speaks to both the homes they create and the standard they are committed to upholding.
Built by Legacy
Raised in Mt. Pleasant, Alexander and Jackson have watched their town evolve while still holding tightly to the character that makes it special. As long-time residents, they understand Charleston beyond its surface beauty—appreciating its architecture, its history, and the responsibility that comes with building here. They know what works, what doesn’t, and how to honor the Lowcountry’s timeless design while building homes that serve modern families.
Family and legacy are central to how they approach their work. They don’t see homes as projects, but as places where memories are made and traditions are passed down. That perspective shapes every decision they make—from materials and craftsmanship to how thoughtfully a home fits its surroundings. They build with the same care and intention they would want for their own families, creating homes meant to stand the test of time and become part of a family’s story.
